The irony of this recall is frightening....(Clarcon antimicrobial products are contaminated w/ bacteria)

FWIW.

  1. Actually, there are a number of species of bacteria that can survive in antimicrobial chemicals. I'm guessing this one is Pseudomonas.

  2. So do you know what products have this in ingredient in them? Is this recall recent?

  3. Andrea, they make it sound like a bad one, but is this more hype than real deal?

Jill, if the link works, it has a list of specific products.

Let me know if you can't see it.

  4. This is partly why common-day antimicrobials do more harm than good, in my opinion. Mostly, they just kill the "good" bacteria and leave room for the "bad" ones to inhabit.
